Payments, billing and delivery
- All prices are in US dollars (USD) and confirmed in a written proposal or invoice before you pay.
- Payments are made online through secure international payment gateways, including Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
- App development is billed by project milestone. Ad management is billed as a fixed monthly retainer or a percentage of ad spend, as agreed.
- Our services are delivered digitally. Nothing is shipped. Campaign setup usually starts within 5 business days of payment and account access. App timelines are set in your proposal.
- Refunds and cancellations follow our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Refund & Cancellation Policy
Since we provide digital marketing and custom app development services, refunds are only applicable if the project is cancelled before work begins. No refunds will be provided once the ad campaigns are live or app development has started.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. We only share information with trusted third-party service providers (like Stripe for payments or Upwork for specific contracts) necessary to operate our business.

3. Payment Terms
- All pricing for our services is custom and based on project requirements.
- Payments are accepted via secure international payment gateways (including Stripe).
- For app development, payments are generally structured around project milestones. For ad management, services are billed as a fixed retainer or percentage of ad spend as agreed upon.
- The client is responsible for providing their own ad budgets directly to Meta or Google; our fees cover campaign management and strategy.
4. Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to provide timely access to necessary assets, accounts (such as Meta Business Manager or Google Ads accounts), and feedback required to execute the campaigns or develop the application.
5. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, the client retains the intellectual property rights to the custom application source code developed specifically for them. We retain the right to use non-confidential project assets in our portfolio.
6. Governing Law
These terms and your use of our services are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Sikar, Rajasthan, India.
